Who are these workshops for?
Every session is built for South African educators — from classroom teachers exploring AI for the first time to school leadership teams rolling out AI, coding or robotics across their whole staff.
Do I need any coding or AI experience beforehand?
No prior experience is needed. Each workshop starts from your actual comfort level, whether this is your first time opening ChatGPT or you're refreshing skills you already have with Cubroid or another platform.
What's the difference between the AI Immersive Workshop and The AI Lab?
The AI Immersive Workshop is one focused half-day session for whole staff teams. The AI Lab is a 12-part catalog of short, hour-long sessions covering ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude, which you can work through individually or as a staffroom series.
Can a workshop be run at our school?
Yes. The Cubroid Refresher and AI Immersive Workshop can both be run in person at your school, and the AI Immersive Workshop is also available online. Get in touch and we'll find a date that fits your school calendar.
How much do workshops cost?
Pricing depends on the workshop and group size — from R99 per session for The AI Lab catalog, R849 per person for the Cubroid Refresher, through to a custom quote for whole-school AI Immersive training.
Will we get resources to keep after the session?
Every workshop includes ready-to-use resources, templates and strategies you can take straight back to your classroom or staffroom — not just slides you'll forget about by the following week.
Which AI tools do the workshops actually cover?
Depending on the session, you'll work hands-on with ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Claude, plus the Cubroid coding and robotics platform — all through practical, curriculum-relevant classroom examples rather than generic tech demos.
