At Support Your School, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
Local Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
5. Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos (if applicable) for a resolution.
